The Devonshire is a pet friendly community with a maximum of two pets per household. There is an initial deposit of $500, along with a $45 monthly pet rent for cats and $65 monthly for dogs. Breed restrictions apply. Contact the office for more details.

Parking at The Devonshire is a breeze! All parking spots, both covered and uncovered, are first come first serve. Guests can park in these spaces as well. Garages can be purchased upon availability for an additional $75 per month.
